Plan Your Visit to Souls Harbour

A place of new beginnings.

Sunday Gatherings

Due to Covid-19, our weekly gatherings are ever-evolving to follow new guidance and ensure safety for all. Over Summer 2020, we've held "drive-in services" at the Gaia Energy Centre carpark in Delabole. As the weather changes with the onset of Autumn, we're moving back into our church building in Camelford from November.

Regardless of where or how we are gathering, a few things remain the same!

  • You'll always be greeted by a friendly face... even if you can only see half of it!
  • Children and visitors are always welcome to our Sunday morning services.
  • We'll have an uplifting time of live praise and worship.
  • We'll have a relevant, encouraging message.

Time & Location

Services are currently live-streamed to our Facebook page. Services will resume in our building in November 2020 (seat booking required).

Time: 11am to 12pm
Location: The Clease, Camelford, Cornwall, PL32 9QX

Common Questions

What kind of church is Souls Harbour?
Souls Harbour is affiliated with Assemblies of God (GB) and is a Jesus-loving, Bible-believing, Gospel-preaching, Holy Spirit-following, people-embracing church. Our services are in a contemporary style with live music, including a mix of modern and traditional songs and hymns. We have a broad mixture of people of multiple nationalities, from various cultural and religious backgrounds and in various stages growth in our Christian faith. What brings us all together is simply the perfect saving grace of Jesus Christ and the desire to live for Him. As we learn and grow together, we are committed to creating a “climate for change” — changed lives, changed communities and a changed world.
Do you have anything for children on Sunday?
Under normal circumstances, children would join their parents for the praise and worship portion of the service and then be dismissed to their Sunday School classes where they have fun, engaging lessons and activities. However, for the foreseeable future, children must remain with their own family bubble for the entire Sunday service. To help with this, we are providing activity packs each week to help them stay busy and engaged during the service.
Are visitors welcome?
Absolutely! Whether you are curious about church/Christianity or are on holiday in the area, we warmly welcome anyone to visit our services and have a first-hand experience in our church. Also, any one of our Elders or staff members would be happy to meet you and answer any questions you might have about Souls Harbour or Christianity in general.

What to expect

We want our services to be the very best they can be to enjoy worshipping God together within the current restrictions. Your safety is very important to us, so we've planned very carefully. From November 2020, services will resume indoors. To plan a COVID-secure seating layout, we are asking anyone who'd like to attend in person to please book their seats in advance each week. Just go to the events page to register for the upcoming Sunday! Also, you can visit our Covid-19 information page to check for any changes or new guidance as it relates to our Sunday gatherings.

Get connected

During term time, we have various weekly events for the entire family. We usually have a midweek meeting for adults on Wednesday nights and Xbi kids club and Soul'd Out youth club on Friday nights. Due to Covid-19, these meetings are now being held via Zoom. Just visit our events page for current information about what's on and how the meeting or event will be held.

If you want to serve as a volunteer, we have many aspects of church ministry and community outreach to consider. From ushers, to Sunday School teachers, to builders, to bakers, to Grow Centre helpers and many more. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved!
